Meet Lydia, a Regional Manager in Modesto! Lydia has been in the car wash industry for nearly 9 years and has been with Mister since 2018. When asked about what she has learned while being part of the MCW team, she said I have learned the importance of working together as a team to achieve success. Lydia’s biggest personal accomplishment is being a mom and her biggest professional accomplishment is being a Regional Manager. MCW has impacted my life by giving me an opportunity to grow a career and continue to learn and develop. We wash cars, but also grow people and help them achieve their goals professionally and personally. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Meet Manya, a Regional Manager in Georgia! He has been with Mister for 2 years and says our people are one of our amazing signature products here. What Manya loves most about working at Mister is having the opportunity to develop the future leaders of our company and contributing to Mister’s People First culture. Mister Car Wash opened new careers paths for my team and myself. Supporting the employees that I work with and witnessing those employees develop others is really something that keeps me motivated every day. Manya enjoys spending time with his family, going mountain biking in the North Georgia mountains, and hopes to become a Director of Operations in the future.
